Biography
Danielle is an equity, diversity and inclusion strategist. She is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Justice Collective. She is committed to organizational transformation that centers race and class equity in every context. Aa a gifted Equity trainer and facilitator, Danielle brings both humor and vulnerability to her engagements. With clients, she works closely to surface underlying barriers to change and build the capacity of clients to go beyond what they perceive to be possible, so they can do what is necessary to achieve equity goals.
She founded and led the development of the San Francisco Planning Department’s first Racial and Ethnic Equity Initiative, which included the creation and implementation of a comprehensive equity roadmap. With TJC, Danielle has worked with a number of clients across all sectors on project scopes, ranging from retreat facilitation to comprehensive strategy development and implementation.
Danielle holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Grand Valley State University, a dual Master’s Degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Urban and Regional Planning and Afro-American Studies. She also holds an MBA from Mills College with a concentration in Equitable Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.
